摘要
介绍了一种用敞开式微波消化溶出伏安法测定人发碘的新方法。精确称取100mg人发样品于聚四氟乙烯(PFA)坩埚内,加入4ml氯酸和0.1ml浓硫酸。微波消化程序为:先在560W加热5min,再于700W加热10min。在由KNO_3、Vc、EDTA和Triton X-100组成的混合介质中,用2.5次微分阴极溶出伏安法测定碘。人发碘测定的相对标准偏差和回收率分别是4.8%(n=6)和98.58%,测定了30例正常儿童的人发碘,其结果((?)±s)为5.567±2.422μg/g。本法比目前其它方法更加简便、快速和安全。
This paper describes a new method for the determination of iodide in human hair by open-microwave digestion and stripping voltammetry. Samples of hairs with accuracy of 100mg were put into PFA vessels. 4ml of HC1O3 and 0. 1ml of H2SO4 were added to each non-airtight vessel. Microwave digestion was performed , using a program-controlled microwave oven of 560W power for 5min followed by 700W for lOmin. Iodide was determined in a mixed medium composed of KNO3、Vc、EDTA and Triton X-100 by 2.5 order differential cathodic stripping voltammetry. The relative standard deviation and the recovery rate in analysing iodide in hairs were 4. 8%(n= 6) and 98. 58% , respectively. The average content of iodide (x±s) in hairs of 30 healthy children is 5. 567±2.422ng/g. The method is simpler , quicker and safer than other analytical methods at present.
