摘要
在论述先进制造技术和企业文化概念的基础上,讨论了实施先进制造技术的优点,研究了企业文化和实施先进制造技术的相互关系,并提出实施先进制造技术过程中建设与之相适应的企业文化的建议。
Based on describing the concept of advanced manufacturing technology and organizational culture, the advantage of the advanced manufacturing technology implementation was discussed. The relationship between the organizational culture and advanced manufacturing technology implementation was studied. This paper puts forward suggestion for building the organizational culture in conformity with it in the advanced manufacturing technology implementation.
