摘要
一些金属材料在疲劳过程中不断疲劳硬化和损伤,其机械性能也将不断地变化。根据疲劳过程中力学性能的变化规律,提出一个金属材料强度退化量的新定义,它与热力学势建立起来的强度退化模型相结合,从而得到一个新的强度退化方程。将该退化方程应用到正火45钢中,结果表明具有满意的工程精度。对于其它的一些金属材料也可以建立类似的方程。
Some metal matexials occur fatigue hardening and damage continuously when the fatigue and their mechanical properties are keeping changing.A new definition of strength deteriorating quantity for metal materials is pro posed based-on changing reguarity of the mechanical properties during fatigue,and an equation on strength deterioration is abtainedvia combining the definition with the model which is set up on the basis of thermo-dynamic potential.The equation obtaincd is applied to normalizing 45 steel and results show that the equation has a satisfactory engineering accuracy,The similar equation can be set for other metal materials.
