摘要
目的:调查医护人员在职业暴露中的损伤及防护措施。方法:对医院临床一线150名医生、护士进行锐器损伤的问卷调查。结果:在被调查的医护人员中98名有过一次锐器损伤,占65.3%。结论:职业暴露防护意识较淡薄,接触锐器操作多,人员缺少。通过加强职业防护培训,建立健全意外锐器损伤防护措施及登记报告制度,医护人员的职业损伤明显下降。
Objective to investigate scathing and defensive measure which doctor and nurse make in workexposure in hospital. Method We made questionnaire in our hospital＇s 150 doctors and nurses who is scathed bysharp apparatus. Result 98（65.3%）doctors and nurses were scathed by sharp apparatus. Conclusion The causes areto make light of work exposure , to contact sharp apparatus excessively, and lack of personnel. By enhancingoccupational training, Consummating Scathing defend measure and reporting system,doctor and nurse＇ scathe isreduced evidently.
