摘要
根据投资项目后评估的基本原理和方法,结合高校实验室建设项目的特点,针对项目目标、实验教学、实验室管理和可持续发展等方面,构建了实验室建设项目后评估指标体系,运用层次分析方法分析了指标权重和排序,并对工程训练中心建设项目进行了后评估,为加强高校实验室建设与管理提供了一种量化评价方法。
Using the basic principle and method of the project post evaluation, this article analyzed the characteristics of the construction of laboratory project in colleges, including the project goal, the experimental teaching, the management and the sustainable development. It also established the post evaluation index system, and studied its index sequence and weight with AHP method, therefore providing a quantitative analytic method for intensifying the construction and management of laboratory project in colleges.
