摘要 针对印度Tamil Nadu邦Tiruppur地区众多印染企业排放的高含盐印染废水的污染问题,给出了一种集预处理、MBR、RO、蒸发器组合的新的处理工艺。分别利用集水井、调节池、反应除油池作预处理;利用MBR去除有机污染物;利用三段RO脱盐,同时加上RO的段间泵,可以提高RO的回收率至85%,减少浓水产量;利用蒸发器再回收RO浓水,解决了高含盐印染废水处理回用的问题,完全达到零排放的目的。 For the severe pollution of dyeing wastewater with high salinity discharged by many printing and dyingenterprises that collected in Tiruppur town area of Tamil Nadu state of India, a new treatment process that combined bypretreatment, MBR, RO and evaporator was given in this paper. Firstly, collection well, equalization tank, oil & greasetrap were used as pretreatment. Secondly, MBR to reduce organic pollutant. Thirdly, 3 stages RO for desalination,simultaneously to rise the RO permeate recovery to 85% using booster pump. Fourthly, evaporator to reclaim ROconcentration water. Then, the pollution of dying wastewater with high salinity for achieving "zero discharge" of treatedeffluents was resolved by this project.
