摘要
以沙棘鲜果为原料进行沙棘果汁饮料配方研究,实验表明沙棘果汁饮料的最佳配方为:沙棘原汁10%,糖8%,CMC 0.08%,香精0.10%,苹果酸0.10%。
The formula of fruit juice beverage with fresh fruit of the Seabuckthom have studied. The experiments show that the best formula is fruit juice of the Seabuckthom 10%, sugar8%, CMC 0.08%, essence 0.10%, malic acid 0.10%.
