摘要
15名正常人及64例胆囊结石患者液体脂肪餐后用B超测定胆囊排空功能.结果显示:结石组胆囊最大排空率明显降低,胆囊收缩至最小的时间延迟,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01).单发结石与多发结石之间胆囊排空功能无显著性差异(P>0.05).提示:胆囊排空功能异常可能是胆囊结石的病因之一.
Gallbladder emptying in 64 patients with gallbladderstone after a liquid-fat meal were evaluated by means of ultrasonography, and compared with that of 15 healthy volunteers The results showed that maximal percentage emptying of gallbladder in gallbladderstone group were obviously reduced, and the time of gallbladder emptying was obviously delayed. There were significantly difference between the gallbladderstone and control group (P < 0.01). The results demonstrated that abnormal gallbladder motility may play ail important role in the etiology and development of the gallbladderstone.
