摘要
分别建立转向节挤压和镦粗的轴对称模型,推导出了简化屈服条件下的成形力计算公式,以STEYR转向节为例分析了成形过程中锻造变形力的变化规律.
The steering joint extrusion and compression axial symmetric model respectively were established, on the hypothesis of simplified yielding equation, the calculating formula of deforming force was presented. Taking the STEYR steering joint an an example, the deforming property in forming processes was analyzed.
