摘要
利用弹性及刚塑性有限元理论研究计算模具弹性变形的有限元方法,提出了较为通用有效的算法并开发出相应的计算模块。对H型截面锻件的成形进行了实验研究和数值模拟,结果吻合,证明了本研究中所提出的算法和程序的可靠性。
The finite element method about calculating die elastic deformation was studied using the theory of elastic FEM and rigid-plastic FEM in this paper. A current and efficient algorithm was put forward and a relevant program was developed. Experimental research and numerical simulation about precision forging process of H-section part were made. By comparison, the result of simulation had better agreement with the experimental result . It proved that the algorithm and the program were feasible.
