摘要
文中从理论和实验两方面分析探讨了罗纹领排针数的设计方法。首先阐述了罗纹领排针数设计的常用方法和不足,然后根据1+1罗纹的组织结构,分析了自然状态下罗纹领横向宽度与大身领圈长度的比值H,并通过实验证明了H值取64%左右时,可保证罗纹领工艺设计的准确性。
This paper introduces the design of needle alignment for the rib collar of cardigans both theoretically and experimentally, and analyzes the disadvantages of the conventional design methods. According to the structure of '1+1' rib, this paper analyzes the ratio H of the horizontal width of rib collar in the natural state to the length of bodice′s neck piece. And it can be proved according to experiments that when the value of H is around 64%, the design of the collar′s rib technology is accurate.
