摘要
在对电火花加工中各种电磁干扰可能带来的危害进行分析研究的基础上,提出了抑制电磁干扰的措施,研制出了相应的电路。对所设计的抑制电磁干扰电路的工作原理、特点和电气参数选择等进行了研究,给出了相应电气元件参数选择的计算方法。
On the basis of analyses and study of the harm caused by electric-magnetic interaction (EMI) during electrical discharge machining, the measure of restraint EMI is put forward. The restraint EMI circuit is designed. The working principle, characteristics and electric parameter selection of the restraint EMI circuit are studied in this paper. The computing methods of electric component parameters are given.
