湿地松猝倒病病原鉴定及其生物学特性的观察 被引量:17

摘要 根据病原菌致病性、生物学特性及形态学研究结果,鉴定湿地松猝倒病的病原菌为丝核菌属的立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kühn.)。该菌的生长温度为10-35℃,以25-30℃最适宜;病菌生长的pH值范围是4~11,以pH7~8最适宜;以蔗糖或麦芽糖为碳源,硝酸钾或硝酸钠为氮源的培养基,有利于菌丝生长;光照对菌丝生长有利。 Based on the culture characteristics, the morphology, the pathogenicity and the biological characteristics, pathogen causing damping-off of slash pine (Pinus elliottii) was identified as Rhizoctonia solani Kühn.. The suitable temperature and pH for mycelial growth of the pathogen were 10-35 ℃ and pH 411,with the optimum at 25-30 ℃ and pH 7-8. For mycelial growth, the optimum carbon and nitrogen source was sucrose and potassium mitrate. Light has no significant effect on the mycelial growth of the pathogen.
