摘要
经济全球化使得企业跨国经营成为必然趋势,而不同国家之间的文化差异和文化冲突则是跨国经营面临的一个重要问题,只有采取科学合理的跨文化管理策略,使不同的文化得到有效交流、融合,以形成融合文化,跨国经营才能走向成功。
The global economic intergration makes enterprises' transnational management an inevitable trend, and cultural differences and conflicts among various countries are an important issue which the transnational management is confronting. Therefore, transnational management would be successful by adopting scientific and rational strategies of cross - cultural operation which can make different cultures effectively communicate and intergrate, and form intergrated cultures.
