摘要
基于超临界火力发电机组的运行特点,结合热工控制系统的设计要求,深入探讨了超临界发电机组热工控制技术的特殊性,并以锅炉给水控制系统和过热汽温控制系统为例,详细分析了热工控制系统的设计原理。实际应用表明了该方案的有效性。
Four supercritical pressure 600 MW generating units will be installed in Jiangsu Ligang Powr Plant and Oration type distributed control system(DCS)of Westinghouse Process Control,lne.will be adopted to realize the antomatic control function of units.Ibis article, combining with the design features of thermal process control system in this plant, deeply studies the specific characteristics of thermal process control technologic of supercritical generating units,and with the feedwater control system and superheated steam temperature control system of boiler as example,analyzes in detail the working principle of thermal process control system.
