摘要
本文在对高校人才派遣功能分析的基础上,认为高校人才派遣作为高校人事代理制度的深化和拓展在高校具有可行性,并针对高校人才派遣的特殊性作了初步的思考。
After we analyze the function of the HR outsource, we think as the development of the HR agent:y, it is feasible in university. Then we consider and analyze the particularity of the HR outsource in universtity.
