摘要
本文采用溶胶-凝胶法以组成为3Al2O32SiO2的混合溶胶分别于常压和压力条件下,对SiC微细粉进行包覆处理,该涂覆层在低于1000℃下经1h热处理可结晶成莫来石层,研究了涂覆溶胶浓度、涂覆压力对涂层厚度、结晶化温度等的影响。
SiC fine particles were coated with mixed sol composed of 3Al 2O 3·2SiO 2 at different pressure.The coating could crystallize into mullite when heated at 1000℃ for 1h.The influences of the concentration and pressure of the mixed sol during the coating on the thickness of the coating and the crystallization temperature were studied.The oxidation resistance of SiC particles at 1000 ̄1300℃ was greatly improved.
