广西柑桔叶片铜、锌、铁、钙含量测定与营养分析 被引量:17

摘要 对广西柑桔主产区农场果园的85份柑桔叶片样品进行铜、锌、铁、钙含量测定分析,结果表明,铜含量在0.9~72.2mg/kg之间,平均10.35mg/kg;锌含量在9.9~45.9mg/kg之间,平均24.2mg/kg;铁含量在93.1~631mg/kg之间,平均237mg/kg;钙含量在1.35%~5.29%之间,平均3.15%。进一步相关分析表明,铜、锌、铁、钙4种营养元素之间有一定的相关性,其中锌和铁呈显著正相关;铜和锌呈正相关,互为协合作用;铜和钙、锌和钙均呈负相关,且互为拈抗作用。通过叶片分析了解柑桔树体养分状况,能为开展合理化施肥提供依据。 The contents of Cu, Zn, Fe, and Ca in 85 citrus leaf samples collected from Rain citrus producing areas of Guangxi were determined. The results showed that these nutrients of the citrus leaves were : 0. 9- 72.2 mg/kg, 9.9-45.9 mg/kg, 93. 1-631 mg/kg and 1.35-5.29% for Cu, Zn, Fe and Ca, respectively; and the average contents of Cu, Zn, Fe and Ca were 10. 35 mg/kg, 24.4 mg/kg, 237 mg/kg and 3.15%, respectively. The correlation analysis indicated that there existed a certain correlation among Cu, Zn, Fe and Ca. The correlation between Zn and Fe was significantly postive, and that of Cu and Zn was postive with a synergistic action. There were negative correlations and an antagonistic actions between Cu and Ca, Zn and Ca, respectively. Knowing the nutrients status of citrus plants by analyzing leaves could provide reference to rationalizing the fertilization.
