组织多普勒超声Tei指数评价尿毒症患者右室功能 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价组织多普勒超声Tei指数估测尿毒症患者右室功能的价值。方法40例尿毒症患者,以30例正常对照组人群为对比,应用脉冲组织多普勒(PW-DTI)技术获取三尖瓣环运动频谱图,结合标准Ⅱ导联心电图,测量并计算右室Tei指数,并与正常对照组对比。结果正常对照组右室Tei指数为0.42±0.10;尿毒症患者右室Tei指数为0.56±0.12;与正常对照组相比,尿毒症患者右室射血时间缩短(P<0.05),等容收缩期和等容舒张期间期延长(P<0.01),Tei指数明显增高(P<0.01)。结论运用PW-DTI技术获取三尖瓣环心肌长轴运动速度曲线结合标Ⅱ导联心电图测量右室Tei指数可以用来估测尿毒症患者右室功能变化。 Objective To investigate the value of tissue Doppler Tei index in estimating fight ventricular global function in uremic patients. Methods 40 uremic patients and 30 healths (as control group) were studied. The tricuspid annular motion was obtained by pulse- wave Doppler tissue imaging (PW- DTI) and Tei index was calculated. Results Compared with the control group, Tei index, ICY and IRT in patients were all significantly increased ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Tei index of right ventricle obtained by PW - DTI may be valuable for estimating the right ventricular global function in uremic patients.
