摘要 电弧炉炼钢以消耗电能为主,电耗在钢成本中占很高比例,节电是降低成本的主要途径之一。本文分析了影响电弧炉炼钢电耗的主要因素,提出综合节电的技术措施。 The electrical energy consumption accounting for very high proportion in the cost of steel is the result of electrical energy mainly used in EAF steel-making. Therefore one of the main ways to reduce cost is to save electricity. This article analyses the key factors to determine electrical consumption in EAF steel-making and proposes the technical measure to comprehensively save electricity.
