自蔓延燃烧法制备纳米氧化铁及其用于碳纳米管制备的研究

Research on Nanocrystalline Iron Ferrite Prepared by Sol-gel Auto- combustion and its Application in Preparing Carbon Nanotubes

摘要 利用溶胶一凝胶自蔓延燃烧法制备出了纳米氧化铁,并用其作为碳纳米管制备的催化剂。实验表明:该方法制备的氧化铁是一种优良的多壁碳纳米管催化剂,使生成的碳纳米管管壁光滑,管径分布均匀,纯度高。 In this paper, ferric iron nano-particles were prepared by sol-gel auto-combustion and used as the catalyst of carbon nanotubes(Cnts). The results showed that the ferric iron was made by using the above method was a good catalyst in preparing multi-wall Cnts. The prepared multi-wall Cnts were pure, slippery in walls and the distributing of diameter was uniform.
