摘要
以渤海稠油和水为工质进行尝试实验,作出了水平不锈钢实验回路(内径为25.7 mm,长为52 m)内稠油-水二相管流的流型图,并对管流的表观粘度及影响因素进行了实验研究。着重归纳了含水体积分数、温度等因素对二相管流表观粘度的影响规律,并对比分析了与旋转粘度仪测得粘度值的差异,研究结论对油田现场的油水混输管线的设计与安全运行具有较好的指导意义。
The experiment of flow patterns and apparent viscosities for horizontal heavy oil-water two-phase flow in a stainless steel pipe loop (inner diameter of 25.7mm, length of 52 m) was carried out. The mixture of heavy oil and water produced in Bohai Oilfield was used as working fluids in the experiment. The effects of some important factors such as water volume fraction, mixture velocity, temperature and surfactant on the apparent viscosity characteristics were analyzed. Experimental results are useful for directing the oil-water two-phase pipe flow operation in oil fields.
