摘要
本文在对于全员创新和全员创新能力定义的基础上,结合全员创新能力要素的相关文献研究,提出了全员创新能力构成要素的“VRP”模型,即全员创新能力的价值观、资源和流程。并运用因子分析和相关性分析的统计方法对此模型加以验证和改进。
Based on the definitions and the related literature studies of all-involvement innovation （AII） and its capability, ＂VRP＂ model was provided to discuss elments of all-involvement innovation capability. It included All value, AII resource and All process. Then factor analysis and related analysis were applied to testify and improve this model.
