摘要 以宝钢梅山公司的SPCC典型钢种为例,通过对不同铝含量板卷织构、金相组织、晶粒取向、硬化指数、平面塑性应变比、冷成型性能试验的分析,从微观结构的角度探讨铝对工艺性能的影响。试验证明:当铝含量在0.012%时,屈服现象已经消除,可达到冲压板性能的要求;当铝含量在0.015%时,具有良好的力学性能、冲压性能、成型性能和织构。实际生产中,可根据产品的使用要求,把铝含量控制在合理的范围内,有利于生产组织和产品综合性能的提高。 On the basis of typical SPCC steel produced by Meishan Co. , Baosteel Group, through analyzing the plate' s texture, metallurgical structure, grain orientation,hardening index, plane plastic strain ratio and cold forming performance with different aluminum contents, influence of aluminum on plate' s processing properties has been discussed from the angle of the product' s microstructure. Experimental results show that material' s yielding phenomenon will be eliminated and it can meet requirements for performance as draw steel plate when its aluminum content is about 0. 012%. When the aluminum content reaches 0. 015vA , the material has nice mechanical, drawing, and form- ing pruperties and texture. In actual prnduction process, according to the product' s service requirements, aluminum content can be kept in a reasonable scope, which will benefit the production and improvement of products' comprehensive performance.
