摘要
针对大学生人格培养的特点,提出了大学生人格培养的途径和向度模式:即思想素质培养向度、心理素质培养向度和人文素质培养向度。
With regard to the features of cultivating the personalities of college students, this paper puts forward the route of cultivating the personalities of college students, e.g. ideological quality training target, psychological quality training target and humanity quality training target.
