摘要
本文采用紫外分光光度法研究了尿酸与四氰乙烯之间的荷移反应。尿酸与四氰乙烯可以形成淡绿色的荷移配合物。其配合比为1:2。在测定波长395nm处,该配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数ε=6.24×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,方法线性范围为5.7×10^-7~5.7×10^-6mol·L^-1。应用本法测定了人体代谢物中尿酸的合量,回收率为96.4%~110.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.98%(n=7)。
A new ultraviolet spectrophotometry method has been developed for the determination of uric acid based on the charge transfer complex of tetracyanoethylene and uric acid. The composition of complex of uric acid with tetrachlorobenquinone is 2:1. The sensitivity of complex is 6.24× 10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1(λ=395 nm)). The calibration curve is linear in the concentration range of 5.7× 10^-7~5.7×10^-6 mol·L^-1. The proposed method is simple, rapid and accurate for determination of uric acid in human urine with the recovery of 96.4%~110.5% and RSD of 1.98%(n=7).
