摘要
教师的自我发展是新时代教师职业和专业发展的核心成分,是当代学校促进教师成长的主要工作方式,是教师追求个人幸福的生活方式和生活习惯,是一种包含六要素的过程:自我诊断是基础、目标设定是前提、理论学习是条件、行动尝试是核心、理性反思是关键、创新实践求突变。
Teacher self-development is the core component of teacher' s professional development in the new era. It is the main way for the school to motivate teachers' development and is also a life mode and habit for pursuing one' s own happiness. It consists of self-diagnosis,which is the base, goal-setting, which is the premise, theory study, which is the requirement, practice, which is the core, rational re-thinking, which is the key, and then creation which, implements to make a new change.
