摘要
目的观察针刺和饮食结构调整对实验性肥胖大鼠的影响。方法128只SD雄性大鼠,计算机随机分为正常组和肥胖造模组。造模成功后,再将其随机分为针刺+普食组、针刺对照+普食组、针刺+高脂组、针刺对照+高脂组、肥胖模型普食组、肥胖模型高脂组,观察体重、体长、Lee’s指数、饮食量、饮水量的变化及其相互关系。结果针刺+普食组体重、Lee’s指数与正常组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),其他各组与正常组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),针刺+普食组体重、Lee’s指数与肥胖模型高脂组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),其他各组与肥胖模型高脂组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。针刺+普食组总饮水量与总饮食量、体重、Lee’s指数呈负相关,其他各组体重、Lee’s指数、总饮食量、总饮水量之间呈正相关或正相关趋势。结论针刺结合饮食结构调整对肥胖的作用较单一针刺和单一饮食结构调整显著。针刺结合饮食结构调整不仅有减少饮食量的作用,还可能影响机体脂肪代谢。
Objective Observation of effects of acupuncture and diet adjustment on experimental obese rats. Methods 128 SD male rats were randomly divided into control group and obese rat model by computer. The obese rat model was established by feeding high fat forage. After the obese rat model was established the obese rat model was randomly divided into acu + GF ( acupuncture + general food) group, acu con + GF (acupuncture control + general food) group, acu + HF ( acupuncture + high fat) group, acu con + HF ( acupuncture control + high fat) group, obe + GF ( obesity + general food) group, obe + HF ( obesity + high fat) group. Changes of weight, height, Lee' s index, diet, water intake and relations of each other were observed. Results The weight and Lee' s index in acu + GF group had no significant difference as compared with those of control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The rest groups had significant difference as compared with control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The weight and Lee' s index in acu + GF group had significant difference as compared with obe + HF group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The rest groups had no significant difference as compared with obe + HF group ( P 〉0. 05 ). The relations of total water intake and total diet, weight, Lee' s index are negative correlation in acu + GF group. The relations of total water intake and total diet, weight, Lee' s index are positive correlation or positive correlation tendency in the rest group. Conclusion Effects of acupuncture plus diet adjustment were significantly superior to simply acupuncture or simply diet adjustment for treatment of obesity. The effect of acupuncture plus diet adjustment not only reduced diet but also improved the lipid metabolism.
