摘要
预应力碳纤维布加固混凝土结构技术是一种加固效果明显、应用前景广阔的加固技术,在施工工艺中放张预应力碳纤维布时各部分的受力是非常复杂的。借鉴预应力混凝土结构理论,提出了碳纤维布放张后预应力传递面积的概念,并通过对7根混凝土梁预应力碳纤维布的放张测量,详细研究了放张后碳纤维布的应变分布、预应力碳纤维布的传递面积、放张后混凝土梁的反拱及混凝土截面应变的变化,还给出了计算碳纤维布预应力传递面积及放张后反拱的计算公式,为建立预应力碳纤维布加固混凝土梁设计理论体系提供了基础。
The technique of concrete structure strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheet is an effective technique with a bright future. In this technique, the stress distribution on releasing CFRP sheet is very complicated. It is presented the concept of prestressed CFRP sheets' transferable area according to prestressed concrete theory. A total of 7 specimens were tested to investigate in detail CFRP sheet's strain distribution, prestressed CFRP sheets' transferable area, and concrete's strain distribution. Formula of calculating prestressed CFRP sheets' transferable area were given. All the work gives some supports to found the system of design theory of this technique.
