摘要
通过对传统文化精华阴阳学说和中医学健身祛病机理的研究表明:只有遵循阴阳平衡,把握阴阳才能祛病健身延年益寿。太极拳之所以能提高呼吸系统、心血管系统和大脑皮层的生理功能,起到增强体质、祛病延年的作用,正是由于太极拳遵循阴阳规律,把握了阴阳平衡。
The study of the traditional Ying-yang theory and the principle of Chinese medical getting off the disease and building up body show that only by keeping the balance of ying-yang, can people keep healthy and fit. Taiji quart is in line with Yin-yang theory, so it can improve the function of breath, blood and heart, even the brain, as well as help people strengthen body and keep healthy.
