研究了铜与6-溴-2-苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯(BBTDAA)的显色反应。结果表明,在表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,pH10.2的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲介质中。铜(Ⅱ)与BBTDAA形成1:4红色络合物。络合物最大吸收波长为532nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.68×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,25mL溶液中铜(Ⅱ)量在0~10μg范围内遵循比尔定律。拟定的方法已用于铝合金中铜的测定,结果与认定值基本一致。
The color reaction of 6-bromo-2-benzothiazolyl diazoaminoazobenzene(BBTDAA) with Cu(Ⅱ) was studied. In the presence of TritonX-100, the reagent with Cu(Ⅱ) reacts to form a stable red complex with molar ratio of 1 : 4 in pH 10.2 of Na2B407 - NaOH buffer solution. The maximum absorption of the complex is located at 532 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.68 × 10^5 L· mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 - 10 μg/25 mL for copper(n). The copper content in aluminium alloy has been determined by this method. The results compare favourably with the certified values.
