摘要
对实验室现有14个霉菌菌株进行筛选,得到3株具有高效纤维素降解能力的菌株,分别为AL11、AL12、AL14。纤维素CX酶活力分别为706.7,733.3,725.0U.g-1.min-1;还原糖生成量为17.18,17.92,17.35mg.g-1;固体曲发酵培养基(麦麸∶稻草粉=37∶)失重率分别为57.8%,62.4%,58.8%。这3个菌株纤维素降解能力明显高于其他菌株。
This experiment for laboratory, 14 existing fungi bacterial strains are screened, get the 3 bacterial strains that have efficient cellulose degradation ability, are AL 11, AL 12 and AL 14 respectively. The cellulose Cx enzyme vigour of the AL 11, AL 12 and AL 14 of bacterial strain is differentiated for 706.7, 733.3, 725.0 U·g^-1·min^-1, the generation quantity of reduced sugar is 17.18, 17.92, 17.35 mg·g^-1; weightlessness rate is 57.8%, 62.4%, 58.8%, respectively. This 3 Cellulose degradations of bacterial strain ability is higher than other bacterial strain obviously.
