摘要
一个项目的成功是由诸多因素构成的。本文着重论述一个项目管理不应忽视的问题———项目干系人的管理策略,主要涉及了如下三个问题:哪一个项目干系人对建设项目是最重要的,几种类型的项目干系人对建设项目产生什么样的影响,在努力满足项目干系人需求和期望的同时项目人力资源管理应该采取什么样的策略。
The success of a project is formed by many factors. This paper mainly discusses the management strategy of project stakeholder, which can' t be ignored in a project management. The paper mainly involves three questions: which project stakeholder is the most important to the construction project; how will various style project stakeholders affect the construction project; while making efforts to meet the need and expeetation of project stakeholder, what strategies should project human resource management take.
