摘要
利用动态实验分析和理论模型分析两种方法对卧式加工中心的动态性能进行了分析,通过实验测试数据与理论计算结果对比分析,验证了理论模型的合理性,找出了机床的薄弱环节,并进行了结构优化。优化后分析结果证明,机床结构的最大变形值都相应降低。
The dynamic characteristics of horizontal machining center was analyzed through adopting two methods of Dynamic Experimental Analysis and Theoretical Model Analysis in this paper, by comparing the data obtained from experiment to the theoretical calculation result, the Theoretical Model was proved rational, thus the weak point of the machine tools was found, and the structure is optimized. The optimization analysis result showed that the data of maximum deformation is accordingly lowed.
