摘要
目的通过丹参药材化学成分指纹图谱的研究,进一步研究丹参有效物质基础成分。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,以梯度洗脱的方式,60min内在同一谱中同时完成水溶性成分和脂溶性成分的指纹图谱建立。结果通过6个省30批丹参药材的化学成分指纹图谱的分析,以平均数法模拟了具有18个共有峰的丹参药材化学成分指纹图谱;并进行了不同等级、不同产地丹参化学成分指纹图谱的分析。结论本方法不但可以用于丹参药材质量控制,还可以作为探索中药丹参有效物质基础研究的有力手段。
Objective To study further the effective basic principles of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae through the analysis of fingerprint chromatograms of chemical constituents of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Method To set up the fingerprint chromatograms of water-soluble and liposoluble constituents at the same time in 60 minutes in gradient elution by using RP-HPLC. Results The fingerprint chromatograms with 18 common peaks were simulated with mean method and the analysis of different grades and origin places of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was made after the analysis of the fingerprint chromatograms from 30 groups of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in 6 provinces. Conclusion This method can be used in the qualitative control of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and investigation of effective principles of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
