摘要
经济社会对管理科学的重视、对管理人才的需求已成为教学研究型大学发展的契机。在当前教育模式由精英教育过渡到大众教育的过程中,教学研究型大学作为高等教育普及化的中坚力量,肩负着大力建设管理学科,加快培养国家急需的高层次创造性管理人才的重任。文章从我国教学研究型大学建设管理学学科的必要性和现状入手,着重分析了我国教学研究型大学管理学学科的建设思路,指出了教学研究型大学管理学学科建设的基本原则和具体措施。
The highlighting of management science and the demand for managerial professionals in the economical society have become an opportunity and pivot for the development of research universities. In the present period of the turning of education mode from elite education to mass education, research universities, being the backbone of the popularization of higher education, assume the responsibility of establishing management discipline and fostering high level innovative managerial professionals highly demanded by the nation. In light of the necessity and present state of the establishment of management disciplines in research universities in China, the ways, the basic principles and concrete measures of the establishment of management discinlines in research universities are elaborated.
