摘要 建设创新型国家,需要培养大量创新人才。目前我国大学生的创新意识不强,创新能力欠缺,高校应通过创新人才培养模式、改革专业设置与课程体系、建设创新型教师队伍、推进启发式教育、加强实践性教学环节、完善教学质量评估体系和营造创新教育环境等途径,促进大学生创新能力的培养。 Building an innovative nation requires cultivating a large number of innovative personnel. As college students generally lack initiative and creativity, effective ways for colleges to enhance creativity cultivation of students are surveyed. The proposed ways include innovating talent culture mode, reforming curriculums and majors/courses design, building an innovative team of teachers, promoting heuristic teaching, improving practical training procedures, formulating a teaching quality accrediting system and creating a suitable environment for creativity culture.
