摘要
本研究以兰州市区115位幼儿园教师为样本,对他们与高等师范学校人员的合作现状及意向进行了调查,描述了兰州市“幼儿园—高师”合作的时间频次、人员特点、内容形式、效果等现状,反映幼儿教师对合作的态度、需求及期望,并对存在的问题提出了相应的建议。
The authors have done an investigation on the cooperation between kindergartens and the Normal University in Lanzhou. This article is the analysis summary of the investigation, describing the time frequency, personnel characteristic, content, form and effect of the cooperation. It has not only reflected the attitudes, needs and expectations of kindergartens to such cooperation, but also put forward proposals to the problems existing in this kind of cooperation.
