心理契约理论与组织支持理论比较研究 被引量:18

摘要 本文在文献回顾的基础上,总结了两理论在研究问题的角度、对员工行为与态度作用机理的认识等方面存在的区别,并揭示了两理论在理论基础、研究目的、导致的结果等方面具有的相似性。最后,文章指出了深入研究两理论之间的关系,对于更进一步揭示企业—员工关系的重要意义。
