轻比重罗哌卡因单侧腰麻在下肢创伤手术中的应用观察被引量：3

摘要单侧下肢创伤患者80例，随机分为轻比重单侧蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉（腰麻）组（Light组）和重比重传统腰麻组（Weigh组），手术时分别向蛛网膜下腔注入0．5％不同比重罗哌卡因1．5～2ml和2．5～3ml实施麻醉。结果 Light组取得了与Weigh组相同的麻醉效果，其运动阻滞起效时间及达最高阻滞平面和最大运动阻滞时间明显短于Weigh组（P均〈0．05），最大感觉阻滞平面低于Weigh组（P〈0．01）。表明轻比重罗哌卡因单侧腰麻用于单侧下肢手术安全有效。
