摘要
以钛酸丁酯为原料,通过在TiO2溶胶中添加质量分数为49%的硫酸,用溶胶–凝胶法制备了固体超强酸纳米光催化剂SO42?-TiO2,并在此基础上用硝酸银进行了改性。用XRD、IR、UV-vis、BET等手段对所制得的试样进行了表征,同时以甲基橙及苯酚的水溶液为模拟污染物,评价了样品的光催化性能,发现SO42--TiO2的光催化活性最高可达单一TiO2的10倍,SO 42?/Ag-TiO2的液相光催化活性超过P-25。
Solid super-acid nano-SO4^2- -TiO2 powder photo-catalyst were prepared by the sol-gel method using Ti(OC4H9)4 as raw material and adding 49% sulfuric acid into the original liquid. Then the SO4^2-/Ag-TiO2 photo-catalyst was modified by AgNO3. The prepared samples were characterized with UV-vis, IR, XRD and BET measurements. The photo-catalytic reactivity of samples was evaluated by using methyl orange and phenol aqueous solution as simulated contaminants. The results showed that the photo-catalytic reactivity of SO4^2- -TiO2 was 10 times higher than that of unmodified TiO2 and the photo-catalytic reactivity of SO4^2-/Ag-TiO2 was even higher than that of P-25.
