模糊证据推理在房地产商业投资风险中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 本文根据房地产商业投资风险自身的特征性,在借鉴和总结前人研究成果的基础上,用D-S证据推理的原理和模糊数学的理论来研究房地产商业投资中的风险,将房地产风险量化,进行风险评价。用这种方法使得评价过程中的基本概率分配更为合理客观,从而改善了风险评价过程中各种数据不确定性的缺点,提高了评价的精确度,从而给管理者提供更为合理的参考依据,使投资决策更为科学。
