The Status Quo and Problems of Teaching Staff of Secondary Vocational Schools in Beijing and the Countermeasures

摘要 对北京市31所中职学校抽样调查结果显示:专任教师中文化课教师比例偏高、专业课教师比例偏低,实习指导教师明显短缺,缺少骨干教师和专业带头人;中青年专业课教师实践能力低,定期到企业参加生产实践难;部分教师未达到本科学历;“双师型”教师比例偏低。对此,应建立健全中职师资培训制度和培训体系;加强培训基地建设;加强教学研究工作,提高教师执教能力;提高引进人才和在职教师学历层次水平;调整职技高师院校的学科专业设置。 The spot check on 31 secondary vocational schools in Beijing reveals that: the percentage of teachers assuming literacy courses is higher than those assuming specialized courses in full-time teachers, and schools are lack of backbone teachers, specialty leaders and teachers who can guide student practice; some teachers don't have bachelor degree; the percentage of "dual-certiflcate" teachers are relatively low. Therefore, the training system should be established and regulated; the construction of training base should be strengthened; teaching and researching should be reinforced to enhance teachers" ability; the degree of introducing talents and in-service teachers should be increased; the specialty setup of vocational and technical teachers college should be adjusted.
