摘要
用硫铁尾矿、硫铁尾矿和石灰、硫铁尾矿和石膏分别与低碱度钢渣复掺配制蒸压制品.通过对各试样所进行的力学性能、水化产物种类及形貌的分析,探讨了硫铁尾矿对低碱度钢渣蒸压制品抗压强度的影响.结果表明:185℃饱和蒸汽压下,硫铁尾矿不具有水热水化的能力,硫铁尾矿与石灰可以形成具有胶凝性能的水化产物.单独掺入硫铁尾矿,低碱度钢渣蒸压制品的抗压强度下降.在系统中存在石灰或石膏的条件下,硫铁尾矿的加入在实验范围内有利于蒸压制品抗压强度的提高.
The autoclaved products made of steel slag mixed with pyrite tailing, pyrite tailing and lime or gypsum respectively were studied. The effect of pyrite tailing on the compressive strength of lower alkal perties, the k that in 185℃ nity steel slag autoclaved products was explored by analyzing the mechanical pronds of hydrates and the microstructures of the testing samples. The results show saturated steam, pyrite tailing doesn't hydrate alone, but is converted into calcium silicate hydrate when mixed with lime. The compressive strength of lower alkalinity steel slag au- toclaved product decreases when mixed with pyrite tailing alone. The compressive strength of the autoclaved product increases when mixed with pyrite tailing with lime or gypsum present.
