腹膜透析患者中影响动脉反射波增强指数的因素分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨腹膜透析患者动脉反射波增强指数(AugmentationIndex,AIx)的影响因素。方法选择北京大学第一医院肾内科腹膜透析中心163例终末期肾衰竭行持续性非卧床腹膜透析(continuousambulatoryperitonealdialysis,CAPD)患者,采用SphygmoCor动脉脉搏波分析仪检测动脉弹性,研究影响动脉弹性(用动脉反射波增强指数AIx表示)的因素。结果在CAPD患者中女性的AIx比男性的高(P<0.01)。年龄≥65岁组AIx明显高于年龄<65岁组(P<0.05)。相关分析表明AIx与年龄、性别、平均动脉压正相关,与身高、体重负相关。多因素回归分析显示年龄、性别、身高以及平均动脉压是影响AIx的独立决定因素。结论CAPD患者中,年龄、性别、平均动脉压及身高是动脉弹性指标-动脉反射波增强指数(AIx)的重要影响因素。 Objective To study the affecting factors of aortic augmentation index (AIx) in patients on continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). Methods Total of 163 stable CAPD patients were included into this study. AIx was evaluated by applanation tonometry (SphygmoCor) and its affecting factors were analyzed. Resuits AIx in female patients was higher than that in male patients (P〈0.01). AIx was positively correlated with age, sex (1 male, 2 female) and mean arterial pressure (MAP), and negatively correlated with body height and weight. However, multiple regression analysis showed that only age, sex, height and MAP were independent determinants of AIx in these patients, respectively. Conclusion Age, sex, MAP and height are independent determinants of AIx in CAPD patients.
