摘要
目的探讨食管癌患者术后医院感染情况及预防措施。方法回顾性分析该院1055例食管癌手术治疗患者的临床资料。结果食管癌患者术后医院感染率为8.06%,感染部位分布在手术部位(70.59%)和呼吸系统(29.41%);表浅切口感染占手术部位感染的83.33%,以颈部切口感染为主,占手术部位感染的75.00%,下呼吸道感染占呼吸道感染的92.00%。结论针对各种相关因素采取相应预防措施,对降低食管癌术后医院感染的发生率具有重要意义。
[Objective] To investigate the nosocomial infection and the prevention measures in esophageal postoperative patients. [Methods] There are 1 055 cases with surgical treatment of esophageal patients were retrospectively analysed. [Results] it showed that the nosocomial infection rate was 8.06%. The nosoeomial infection are all in the surgical site (70.59%) and the respiratory tract (29.41%). In the surgical site infection, there were 83.33% cuticular surgical incision infection in it and the jugular surgical incision infection was the highest (75%). There were 92% lower respiratory tract infection in the respiratory infection. [Conclusion] The nosocomial infections rate of postoperative could be decreased after taking prevention measures according to various correlative factors is important.
