摘要
在实验室条件下考察了不同钡、钙质量分数的Si-Ca-Ba合金对钢液脱氧和夹杂物变性作用的变化规律。实验发现,当Si-Ca-Ba合金中钡、钙增加时,脱氧终点钢液中的全氧降低,但合金中钡的增加对降低终点钢液全氧的贡献不大。合金中的钡钙比对于降低钢液中夹杂物的尺寸至关重要,当Si-Ca-Ba合金中钡钙比约为2.7~3.5时,夹杂物的尺寸取得最小值。
The variation rules of deoxidation and inclusion modification in molten steel treated by Si-Ca-Ba alloys with different Ba and Ca contents were researched in laboratory. Results show that the terminal total oxygen content decreases in molten steel with increasing of Ba and Ca contents in Si Ca Ba alloys, but the effect of increasing Ba content in Si-Ca-Ba alloys on decreasing terminal total oxygen content is not remarkable. The Ba/Ca in alloys is very important for decreasing inclusion size of molten steel, and the inclusion size can be the least when the Ba/Ca is about between 2. 7 and 3.5.
