摘要
目的探讨大黄的抗衰老效果和作用机理.方法3月龄昆明种健康雄性小鼠40只,随机分为低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组、对照组,观察不同浓度的大黄水煎液对小鼠血中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及过氧化脂质(LPO)含量的影响.结果大黄可增强小鼠血中SOD、GSH-Px活性(P<0.05~0.01),使LPO含量降低(P<0.05~0.01),其中尤以中、高剂量给药组作;用明显(P<0.01).结论大黄可能具有延缓衰老的作用.中图分类号R28).
To research the effect of anti-senility of Rhubarb and its mechanism of action.Method Forty healthy male mice (Kunming strain) were rendomly divided into low dose, middle dose, high dose and control groups.The effects of Rhubarb decoction with different concentration (0. 3ml ig, daily) on the activiltes of serum catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathionase peroxidase (GSH-Px) and the contents of lipid peroxide (LPO) were obseaved in mice.Results After 1.5 months treatment, Rhubarb decoction (ig daily) with different concentration can increase the activities of serum SOD and GSH- Px (P< 0. 05~ P< 0. 01,respectively) and decrease th LPO levels (P< 0.05~ P< 0.01, respectively) in mice, and the effects of Rhubarb decoction were the most obvious in mice treated with middle and high dose groups (P< 0.01).Conclusion The Rhubarb may be possessed the effects of delayed senility.
