摘要
目的了解社区已婚妇女生殖系统健康状况,促进育龄妇女的身心健康。方法选择2003年社区居委会、机关、事业单位自愿接受生殖系统健康查体和妇科疾病普查的已婚妇女2 804例,普查项目:妇科检查、宫颈涂片、B超检查、红外线乳腺扫描、实验室检查。按统一制定普查标准,对普查统计资料抽样调查分析。结果2 804例妇女中宫颈炎675例,阴道炎412例,乳腺疾病318例,子宫肌瘤218例,盆腔炎181例,卵巢囊肿115例,不孕症79例,查出乳腺癌4例,宫颈癌1例。调查显示育龄妇女以宫颈炎、阴道炎发病率高。不同年龄组社区已婚妇女的阴道炎、盆腔炎、宫颈炎、子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿、乳腺疾病、不孕症发病情况均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。不同文化程度社区已婚妇女的阴道炎、盆腔炎、宫颈炎、卵巢囊肿、乳腺疾病、不孕症发病情况均有显著性差异(P<0.05);子宫肌瘤发病情况无显著性差异(P>0.05)。不同职业社区已婚妇女的阴道炎、盆腔炎、宫颈炎、乳腺疾病发病情况均有显著性差异(P<0.05);子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿、不孕症发病情况均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论重视社区已婚妇女生殖系统的健康及加强干预,开展生殖系统健康知识教育,促进社区已婚妇女的健康。
Objective To understand the reproductive health status among married women in Lixinfu Community of Shenzhen and toimprove their health physically and mentally. Methods Two thousand eight hundred and four married women volunteers residing inthe Lixinfu Community of Shenzhen were investigated in terms of gynecological examination, cervical smear, B ultrasonography, infrared scanning of mammary gland and laboratory diagnosis. Results Of all the 2 804 volunteers, the cases of cervicitis, kysthitismastopathy, subserous myoma of uterus, pelvic infection, oophoritic cyst, barreness, breast cancer and uterine cervix cancer were 675,412, 318, 218, 181, 115, 79, 4 and 1, respectively. Cervicitis and kysthitis had highest morbidity among married women, There weresignificant differences among the married women at different ages in view of kysthitis, cervicitis, mastopathy, pelvic infection, subserous myoma of uterus, oophoritic cyst and barreness （P〈0.001）. There were significant differences among those with different levelsof education in view of cervicitis, kysthitis, oophoritic cyst, barreness, pelvic inflammation and mammary diseases （P〈0.05） exceptsubserous myoma of uterus （P〉0.05）. There were significant differences among those with different occupation in view of kysthitis,pelvic infection, cervicitis, mastopathy（P〈0.05）, except subserous myoma of uterus, oophoritic cyst, barreness（P〉0.05）. ConclusionAttention attached to reproductive health status among married women and enhanced intervention of care, performance of health education of reproductive health status is good for improvement of reproductive health of married women in communities.
