摘要
在当代,少数民族和族群语言快速濒危和消亡,世界语言多样性急剧减少,其根本原因不在语言本身,而是语言生态出现了危机。抢救与保护濒危语言,应着眼于语言生态的维护与改善,关键就是要坚持语言平等的马克思主义科学语言观,充分尊重多元文化中少数民族和土著族群的语言人权,制定切实有效的政策和法规,消除语言强权主义和语言沙文主义,维护与落实少数民族和族群语言人权所依存和得以体现的生态权、生存发展权、教育权、文化权等等其他各种基本权利。
In conteporary time, Language of minority nationalities are rapidly endangered and on the path toward extinction, Language diversity of the world is decreasing, The fundamental faetosr are prot from minority languange, but the them becomes is crisis, Therefore, the salvation and protection of endangered languagese must focusupon the development of language ecology. For this point, We need to respect and protect language human rights of minority.
